Refund Policy

At Zeniith International Investments OÜ (“Zeniith,” “we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to delivering high-quality valuation reports, financial models, and related informational services. Due to the specialized and customized nature of our work, all sales are final, and we do not provide refunds, except under the limited circumstances outlined below.

 

 

1. No General Refunds

 

All fees paid for our services are non-refundable. Clients acknowledge that once work has begun or deliverables have been provided, refunds will not be issued.

 

 

2. Limited Refund Eligibility

 

A refund may only be considered if:

 

• The client demonstrates that the deliverable was materially defective or did not meet the agreed scope of work.

• The client contacts us in writing at info@zeniithinvestments.com within 7 calendar days of receiving the deliverable.

• The client provides specific, verifiable proof of the issue, including documentation, evidence, or other supporting materials.

 

Refund requests submitted without sufficient proof will not be considered.

 

 

3. Review and Resolution Process

 

• Upon receiving a refund request, we will review the claim and supporting evidence.

• We may request clarification, additional details, or examples to assess the validity of the claim.

• If the claim is determined valid, we will, at our discretion, either:

   

  • Correct or revise the deliverable, or

  • Issue a partial or full refund.

 

Our decision regarding refunds is final.

 

 

4. Exclusions

 

Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

 

• Dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences or expectations outside the agreed scope of work.

• The deliverable was produced in accordance with the client’s instructions, input, or data provided.

• The request is made after the 7-day notification period.

• The client has already used, shared, or published the deliverable.

6. Governing Law

 

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Estonia and applicable EU law. Any disputes arising under this Policy will be handled exclusively by the courts of Estonia.
